If you do not pay for your cancellation you’ll not be able to schedule for future appointments. 10 minute grace for arriving late. If you are late for your appointment, you must notify us and we will let you know if you can still be seen. If you cannot, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged for the service. If you have scheduled for 2 services and on the day of your appointment you decide to cancel and cancel those services, you will be charged for both services. (I will not be left with that space uncovered) If you need to change you appointment, you will need to schedule a new appointment and a new deposit will be charge.
